**Description**

****Primary Duties and Responsibilities:****

* Oversee the administration of theentire collateral inspection process for Greystones portfolio of loans, ensuring strict adherence to servicing responsibilities and best practices.

* Develop and lead a team of analysts in the administration of Greystones collateral inspections requirements for its portfolio of agency loans.

* Implement and carry out processes and procedures for inspections as it relates to scheduling, receipt, quality control, and delivery.

* Establish working relationships with third party vendors to complete outsourced inspections and maintain consistent standards for content and quality.

* Monitor investor due dates and inspection submissions to ensure on time delivery

* Provide detailed responses to investor inquiries and implement changes to processes, procedures were applicable

* Produce reports for internal parties and manage projects across multiple teams

* Partner with other functional managers across the platform to strategize, create efficiencies, and resolve issues.

* Monitor industry and investor trends as they relate to multifamily property conditions and make recommendations, as appropriate, to senior management for needed change or focus.

* Conduct routine quality control reviews of servicing systems to ensure compliance with investor systems and guidelines

* Collaborate in the development of internal systems as they relate to scheduling, tracking, reviewing, submitting property inspection.

* Participate in the audit process by preparing documents for submission to the investor or applicable agency

****Experience, Skills and Abilities Required:****

* Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics and/or a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Real Estate is preferred

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, with an emphasis on Excel and Word

* Strong verbal and communication skills

* Exhibit self-motivation whether working independently or on a team

* A strong sense of urgency about solving problems, meeting challenging deadlines, and achieving critical goals

* An ability to execute and delegate multiple projects with deliverables to ensure that timelines and results are achieved

* Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of individuals through completion of assigned tasks and development of skills appropriate for the role

* An ability to demonstrate decisiveness and adaptability, quickly modifying approaches to accommodate inevitable changes in customer needs, business directions, and conditions
