Assistant Managers have a special role in making sure every guest is fully satisfied not only with our doughnuts, but with their overall experience in the shops. You will support and inspire team members, along with helping them realize their full potential. This role also helps in developing business skills to potentially become a General Manager someday! HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Guest Services. Assistant Managers serve as a role model to team members and other Krispy Kremers. They set the tone and create an environment for exceptional customer service! You will know how to handle difficult situations with customers and other matters in the shop in a professional and humble way. We want all our customers to be happy with their experience in every one of our shops! You'll also ensure all our products are up to the highest standard- the Krispy Kreme standard.
