From leading by example on the sales floor to driving sales through expert strategy, your goal is to elevate both our people and our performance. - Motivate, coach, and inspire the team to smash KPIs, sales targets, and profits. You'll perfect the SGM concept (our sales game-changer) and make sure everyone else does too
- Spot and maximize every sales opportunity-whether it's promotions, outfit building, or corporate events. You'll make sure we're always ahead of the curve.
- Lead by example on the floor, coaching your team to be just as passionate and hands-on as you are
- Cultivate an environment where the customer experience always comes first ensuring the team's product knowledge is sharp, promotions are on point, and feedback (like FEEFO) is constantly improving our service
- Be the driving force behind new business growth and execute corporate strategy with enthusiasm
- Keep a close eye on the numbers, managing costs and staying within budgets, while also maintaining our high standards of store appearance and stock control.
- Recognize and celebrate outstanding team performance and boost morale through platforms like The LINK
- Lead with heart by championing colleague engagement, focusing on improving retention and ensuring your team stays motivated and connected
