** Job Description**

The Manager role sits within the Strategic Marketing Initiatives and Community team with mandate to incubate and operationalize key talent development initiatives, including marketing, creative and Data/Analytics career planning, education, and communities of practice. Responsibilities include developing talent strategy across employee lifecycle, aligning key stakeholders, and executing through best-in-class content and deployment plans. To a lesser extent, this role will also support marketing, creative & data/analytics capability enhancements through process redesign and org. model shifts.

Marketing Career Development

* Embed Marketing Competency culture in global Brand Marketing through ongoing education and brand-specific interventions where needed

* Scale competencies to Region, including gaining regional alignment, translation, and operationalization through annual performance goals

* Pilot phased approach to Marketing, Creative and Data & Analytics career paths and operationalize through educational content, trainings and stakeholder alignment; leverage learnings to scale program

* Act as key point of contact with recruitment team to enhance Marketing, Creative and Data & Analytics recruitment through improved campus outreach, and standardization of selection process (interview guides, interview training etc).

Marketing Onboarding Program

* Support new hires through a holistic onboarding program; transition management to shared services, while overseeing program quality and updating guidelines where needed

* Act as the central point of contact for the mentorship program, acting as the bridge between shared services and other stakeholders (new hires, mentors, HR Business Partners) to ensure a high-touch experience

* Facilitate expansion of Onboarding Program to region

Marketing Community

* Lead maintenance and updation of Career Planning & Development section of the Global Portal / Marketing, Creative, and Data/Analytics Sharepoint;

* Support the community of Competency SMEs (Learning Captains); extract learnings from pilot to scale program

* Support other community initiatives as needed, including setting up Communities of Practice community pages on the Learning hub, and calendarization of CoP events

* Act as primary liaison to the Marketing ERG

Marketing Training

* Support the design of Marketing Training Curriculum, working across functions and teams to identify existing content and develop content

* Liaise with Corporate L&F in the execution of trainings through the Learning Hub

**Qualifications**

Minimum Education level: BS/BA required

Minimum Years of Experience: 3 + years

% Travel Time: Minimal

The ideal candidate must have:

* Ability to work independently and proactively with all levels of the organization

* Detail orientation with strong organizational skills and the ability to shift focus, multi-task, and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment

* Strong connections with key points of contact and / or capable of creating / developing cross ELC relationships, ideally has in-depth knowledge of internal talent development systems, processes, culture and stakeholders

* Self-starter mind-set, demonstrating high level of ownership

* Must be a strong communicator
