Assistant Men's Hockey Coach, Bottineau, ND

Lumberjack Men's Hockey - ACHA

Status: Part-time, non-benefitted

Responsibilities include assisting the head coach with recruiting, practice, scouting, game day planning, team workouts, organizational planning, player/personnel management, and other duties relative to the hockey program.

Minimum qualifications include a strong background and experience in hockey playing/coaching, ability to represent DCB in a professional manner, valid driver's license, and good interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications re prior playing/coaching experience at the junior or college level, good communication skills, and is a team player.

Salary: This is an entry level position and pay is $5000 per school year. Housing may be provided. Other employment may be available within the community.

itle: Assistant Softball Coach

Status: Part-time, non-benefitted

Job Description: Assisting the Head Coach with recruiting quality student-athletes, teaching and training students the skills and strategies related to competition, scouting and preparing reports, game day planning, team workouts, organizational planning, player/personnel management, assisting with fundraising events, mentoring and monitoring student-athlete to ensure academic performance and other duties relative to the softball program

Qualifications Required: 2 year degree, strong background and experience in softball, playing/coaching. The ability to represent DCB in a professional manner, a valid driver's license and good interpersonal skills.

Qualifications Preferred: 4 year degree, Bachelors, prior playing/coaching experience at the college level, pitching or hitting knowledge preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Requirements: The assistant coach shall represent Dakota College at Bottineau in a professional manner, while enforcing the college, NJCAA, and Mon-Dak guidelines governing the sport.

Salary: $3,000 - 5,000

Closing Date: Screening will begin 8/16/24, or until a qualified candidate is hired.
