Toll Brothers Mortgage, America's Leading Luxury Lender, seeks an Assistant Mortgage Compliance Officer for our team at our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
Establish and maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure the company's compliance with all federal, state, and investor requirements.
What are the primary responsibilities?
The Asst. Compliance Officer directs and oversees the activities of the other compliance team members. Specific duties include but are not limited to:
* Develop and review internal audits to verify proper procedures are followed
* Prepare and respond to regulatory, secondary market investor and other various audits
* Ensure NMLS company/individual licensing is maintained
* Confirm monthly, quarterly, annual reports filed with investors, regulators, third parties
* Establish and update company policies and procedures in conjunction with other depts
* Coordinate compliance-related changes to loan origination system, disclosures, etc. with IT
* Verify pre-and post-closing QC audits completed as per Agency, HUD, VA requirements
* Verify HMDA reporting is accurate and submitted timely
* Notify personnel of pending regulatory changes and audit responses/requirements
* All other duties as assigned
* Limited travel required as needed

Qualifications
Does this describe you?
* Proven track record of managing complex processes with diverse groups of stakeholders
* Focused and detailed-oriented
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Previous mortgage compliance experience required
* Excellent knowledge of RESPA, TILA, TRID, ECOA, and HMDA regulations required
Do you have these qualifications?
* Essential:
* 5+ years of mortgage compliance experience
* Preferred:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
