As a Network Operations Engineer, you will provide technical expertise on a critical role involving network transformation, network outages, service issues, network optimization, and maintenance. You will be responsible for providing support to keep things running smoothly and change the way that our customers live, work, and play. We are a 24x7 highly visible Operations environment that performs troubleshooting, configuration changes, drive issues to resolution, and related functions. - Performing optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network systems and applications to identify overall system availability and performance. - Evaluating network coverage to find gaps, making recommendations to improve coverage, and helping to implement those recommendations. - Performing triage, fault isolation, and remediation of network events. - Generating, driving, and updating problem-tracking tickets via multiple systems and continuously improving business practices. - Escalating issues to the appropriate internal/external engineer teams for resolution. - Assisting with the cell site build program and switch inventory management. - Assist with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for the field Team. - Assist with Shipping and Receiving for the field Team. - Assist with PO creation and completing. - Assist field team with managing power company accounts. - Assist field team with various remote support when needed.qualifications:
