In this role, you will support the Nursing Home Administrator in managing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulations. You will help foster a positive environment for both residents and staff, focusing on delivering exceptional care and enhancing the overall quality of life for our residents.Key Responsibilities: Assist the Nursing Home Administrator in overseeing day-to-day operations, including staff management, budgeting, and resident care. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations governing nursing home facilities. Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance resident care and facility efficiency. Help manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling. Work closely with medical and healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgeting, and expense management. Maintain positive relationships with residents families and address any concerns or issues promptly. Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or long-term care facility, preferably in a leadership role. Familiarity with nursing home regulations and healthcare compliance requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to the well-being of elderly residents. Proficiency in healthcare software and financial management systems is a plus.
