What you need:
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role supporting senior executives.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Coordinates payroll, billing, district cash accounts, and accounts receivable.
* Lead and supervise administrative projects and initiatives, ensuring their successful execution.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
* Professional and friendly demeanor and eagerness for professional development and growth.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
* Ability to pass various background checks.
* Reliable transportation, valid State Driver's License with acceptable driving record for use of company vehicle.
* Desirable (but not required!): Experience in the construction industry
What you will do:
* Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensure smooth functioning of local division.
* Uphold office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring timely reordering and maintenance.
* Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication, both written and verbal.
* Process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash transactions.
* Manage accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
* Assist in coordinating and process weekly payroll hours for employees.
* Collaborate with the HR department on recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
* Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
* Liaise with IT personnel to ensure proper functioning of office equipment, software, and systems.
* Provide administrative assistance to senior executives, including generating reports, preparing presentations, and managing calendars.
* Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all tasks, to ensure accuracy and precision.
* Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions, both internal and external individuals.
This role is designated as safety-sensitive due to responsibilities that could entail the use of motor vehicles, mobile equipment, working at heights, climbing ladders, and utilizing lift equipment.
