Assistant Office Manager

Hours of Operation

Monday: 7:45am-5:00pm

Tuesday: 8:45am-6:00pm

Wednesday: 7:45am-5:00pm

Thursday: 7:45am-5:00pm

Friday: 7:45am-5:00pm

(2) Saturdays a Month: 7:45am-1:00pm

Qualifications:

So How Can You Fill This Role?

  • Bachelors degree in a related field OR 4 years of related experience
  • Experience managing in dental or another fast-paced, highly interactive customer service atmosphere
  • Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and ability to learn new programs
  • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or other insurance preferred
