Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. The position follows regular business hours from Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility required.Assistant Operations Manager responsibilities
  • Manage tenant relations, including processing applications, preparing lease agreements, and collecting rent.
  • Enforce occupancy rules and resolve tenant issues efficiently.
  • Ensure lease agreements and records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Stay informed on housing laws and regulations to maintain compliance.
Assistant Operations Manager Skills and Qualifications
  • An Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
