We are looking for an Assistant Plant Manager who supports the Plant Manager in overseeing daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and staff supervision. This role is crucial in ensuring that the plant runs efficiently, meets production targets, and adheres to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate needs great leadership skills, experience in manufacturing, and a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.

salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 6:15 AM - 3:15 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabricating equipment (bending,

rolling, shearing, welding) procedures and mechanical systems.

? Ability to manage multiple projects, duties and assignments as well as

train and review the work of assigned department personnel.

? Communicate with Engineering on any project revision requests

? Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, and other

correspondence, inspect finish product

? Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

? Problem-solving skills

? The ideal candidate for this position will have strong mechanical ability,

knowledge of assembling components, Ability to make independent and

effective decisions.
