- You enjoy spending time with children
- Passionate about partnering with families as we help lead their children to become fully devoted followers of Christ
- Someone with a high level of patience who also has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while also caring for the basic needs of children
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with other teachers using a wide range of methods to support the Lead Educator in implementing curriculum and classroom lesson plans
- Engages with families daily through respectful, positive, and inviting interactions
- Attend staff training sessions, parent-teacher conferences, and quarterly team meetings
- Keep current on annual training requirements

What you bring:
- AA in Early Childhood Education or related field/ or Child Development Associate (CDA)
- One year experience as an Assistant Teacher with the associated age group you are applying for
