St. Joseph's University, New York's Long Island Campus seeks applicants for a tenure-track position starting Sept. 2024 at the rank of assistant professor. Candidates must show evidence of a scholarly research agenda and effective teaching in business management at the online, undergraduate, and graduate levels. A tenure-track position requires scholarly research and an annual review.

Relevant work experience and experience teaching Management, Organizational Theory, Managerial Research, Leadership, Operations, Research courses, Process Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Quality Management, among other courses, is preferred.

Experience and a willingness to teach online are required. Candidates should also be enthusiastic about developing and delivering innovative coursework in the field. Applicants must have earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration or a related field by appointment.

Some other duties in addition to teaching include, but are not limited to:

* Attend University and department events.

* Attend departmental meetings.

* Provide advisement to our students for the department.

* Remain current in your respective fields.

* Provide and hold office hours.

* Be available for student consultations.

* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Chair and/or Dean.

Applications will be reviewed immediately and continue until the position is filled. Rank and salary are determined by academic achievement and professional experience. The position is based on the Long Island Campus in Patchogue, NY. The salary range is $63,000-$65,000.
