The successful candidate will teach courses on innovation management, technology management, and digital transformation, as well as within their disciplinary area in management and have research interests in the management of innovation in a digital age.Required Qualifications: Ph.D. in Management, Innovation Management, Technology Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, or a closely related field. The doctorate degree must be from program(s) accredited by AACSB International or ABET (or an equivalent accreditation). The terminal degree must be awarded by the date of appointment.Excellence in, or clear potential for, university-level in-person teaching and in creating a student-centered learning environment.Evidence of, or clear potential for, conducting and publishing original research on the management of innovation and technology (with a preferred focus on digital transformation and/or the future of work) in peer-reviewed journals.Preferred Qualifications:Evidence of effective engagement OR potential to engage with a diverse student body.Experience using culturally responsive pedagogy that leads to equitable outcomes for all students.Experience creating a student-centered learning environment.Research/Lab experience that includes working with students from diverse backgrounds.Experience adopting inclusive approaches to mentoring.Relevant professional or business experience in the field and/or relationships with the business community.Evidence of, or clear potential for, contributing to supportive and collaborative work environments.Potential to take on leadership roles in the Department, College, and University.Evidence of, or clear potential to secure funded work through contracts, grants, and self-supporting programs.Application Deadline: Preferred application deadline is November 4, 2024 and applications received after this date may be considered on an as-needed basis.
