Candidates in all fields of pure mathematics are encouraged to apply. All candidates should have a PhD Degree, an outstanding record in research and be committed to excellence in teaching. Duties include research, service, and teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.Application Requirements:Applicants must submit a cover letter, teaching and research statements, a curriculum vitae, a list of publications, and at least three letters of recommendation (one of which must address teaching). In the letter of application, we ask you to speak to your ability to work effectively with a student population that is broadly diverse with regard to gender and gender expression, race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, and religion. The deadline for applications is December 1, 2024, and preference will be given to those who submit by November 20, 2024.Letters of Reference will be requested shortly following your application. They will then be contacted directly via Workday to submit your reference.Salary: $85,000 - $133,000 annuallyThe salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training.
