Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering The Departmentof Mechanical Engineering at Western New England University has an immediateopening for a full-time tenure track Assistant or Associate Professor Position,beginning in Fall 2024. Candidates for this position must have a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and haveexpertise in Mechatronics, Automation, Controls, or Robotics. Thesuccessful candidate is expected to teach undergraduate and graduate levelcourses in Mechanical Engineering, pursue scholarly and research activities,and support our innovative freshman engineering program.Western New England University offers a vibrant undergraduate mechanical engineering program that emphasizes industrially relevant research anddesign. Additionally, the ME department hosts an active Master of Scienceprogram and a PhD program. The program prides itself on deliveringhigh-quality engineering education while providing strong mentorship to students. The ME department maintains strongrelationships with regional and national industries and corporations.
