Get a FREE Master's Degree in ABA!All eligible NEEDS Center employees have the opportunity to get their Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis--TUITION FREE!Now offering a $3,250 sign-on bonus ($1,625 upon hire and $1,625 after 6 months of employment) to hired full time candidates.Hourly rate is $21 - 23 an hour.The NEEDS Center has two openingsfor Full Time Assistant Program Coordinatorsin our Orleans, MA residential programs.The Assistant Program Coordinator (APC)will assist and support adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while enjoying all aspects of Community Living. Responsibilities include:
  • Works cooperatively with the Program Coordinator and other supervisory personnel in training staff.
  • Coordination and supervision of daily operations of the program.
  • Monitorsand participates inthe day-to-day implementation of clinical programs as well as ISP development.
  • Serves as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services and professional practice.
  • Schedule includes evening and weekend shifts.
Qualifications preferred:
  • BS/BA in a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a residential program environment.
  • Good supervisory and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Qualifications required:
  • MAP Certification
