About Our Client Our client are a full-service General Contractor specializing in Base Building Construction in the DC market. With 20 years of experience, the firm has multiple upcoming projects in downtown Washington, DC, and is led by a dynamic leadership team. They are seeking to expand their team with Assistant Project Managers (APMs) who have experience in Base Building.
Job Description - Assist the Project Manager in executing the management plans for assigned projects.
- Help coordinate and oversee projects from inception to completion.
- Review project designs and suggest cost-saving ideas.
- Perform daily operational tasks efficiently and on time.
- Track and report project status updates directly to the Project Manager.
- Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents.
- Prepare and manage punch lists for project closeout.

The Successful Applicant - At least 2 years of experience in commercial project management.
- A Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
- Experience with base build projects is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong desire to grow and learn.
