Job Description We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our client's team and help support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects. As an APM, you'll work closely with project managers and senior leadership to assist in the management of project budgets, schedules, and day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow their career in construction management while working on a diverse range of exciting projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Help manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain positive relationships and ensure project success.
- Track and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and helping to develop solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals, contracts, and project closeouts.

The Successful Applicant The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial & Multifamily - NoVA will have:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction (Assistant Project Manager or related role).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management software (Procore preferred), and construction terminology.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
