Description

• Support the planning and coordination of construction projects across multiple sectors, including medical, retail, warehouse, and municipal facilities.
• Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones and budgets are met.
• Utilize project management tools like Procore to track progress and streamline communication.
• Monitor schedules and help address issues that arise to keep projects on track.

Profile

• Savvy with Procore.
• Design Build experience not required but preferred.
• Strong paperwork management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with design-build methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction estimating and scheduling processes.

Job Offer

Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000

Type: Full-Time, Office-Based
