What You'll Do:
- Field Support: Ensure crews are equipped with all the updated project information they need to work efficiently.
- Procurement & Permits: Help source materials, manage project permits, and support buyout and procurement processes.
- Project Documentation: Keep detailed, organized project files, and ensure team members have access to the right information at the right time.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in managing budgets, change orders, and estimates to ensure projects stay on track.
- Labor Planning & Meetings: Help develop schedules, monitor labor, and contribute to key project meetings and milestones.
What You Bring:
- Education: A bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of project management or coordination experience. Eager to learn and grow? That's what we're looking for!
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Familiarity with mechanical systems and tools like Microsoft Project is a plus.
