Such businesses include Tech, Restaurant, Super Market, Facility Maintenance, Retail, Specialty and more.Job Responsibilities: Oversight of project activities, scheduling, budget management, and communicationManaging day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple large-scale projectsProviding estimates and budgets, contract negotiation, reviewing plans, vendor coordination, site visits, managing schedules, and overseeing the bidding processSpecializing in work from $25,000 – $250,000 for multi-site rollout acquisitionsReview blueprints and/or gathering information for the project scope of workSourcing all appropriate contractors for specific projectsPoint of contact to the client, providing updates on project milestones throughout all phases of the projectNegotiate and prepare contracts, develop, and monitor schedules and coordinate with GC'sProjects ranging up to and exceeding $5,000,000Update the internal and client software management system throughout all phases of the projectCollaborating with Director of Construction and other team membersJob Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or related field2+ years of experience in project managementNational retail & facility maintenance experience preferredBidding and staffing projects in the range of $25,000-$250,000Experience managing multiple general contracted projects nation-wideStrong customer service and management skillsTechnologically inclined and proficient in Microsoft OfficeOrganized & detail orientedExperience working with & managing sub-contractorsMust be creative and think outside of the boxBenefits: Medical, Dental and Vision401 (k) Retirement savings plan (company match)Paid vacation, sick/personal time and floating holidaysPaid HolidaysWhy Broadway?
