We are currently accepting applications for an Assistant Project Manager. The selected individual will be responsible for supporting and managing the construction process. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously within a time sensitive work environment is crucial. Some travel will be required.Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science or related.
- 1-3 years of experience in hotel or healthcare architecture, engineering and/or construction project management or education.
- Basic knowledge of the Design, RFI, RFP, Change Order, Pay Application and Change Issue Tracking Process.
- Knowledge of Outlook and MS Project.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Construction Software.
