What You'll Be Doing:
* Engage with Clients & Vendors: Be the voice of our projects! Reach out and connect via email and phone, building relationships that matter.
* Master the Details: Handle critical construction documents and administrative tasks like RIFs, submittals, change orders, and scheduling-your organizational skills will shine here!
* On-Site Adventures: Participate in exhilarating site walkthroughs alongside our experienced Project Manager, getting firsthand insight into the action.
* Collaborate with Experts: Communicate seamlessly with trades on site, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working towards our project goals.
* Decode the Blueprint: Use your skills to read mechanical drawings and blueprints, transforming complex information into actionable tasks.
* Estimation Excellence: Flex your analytical muscles and perform estimates when needed-your expertise will help drive project success!
The Skills You Bring:
* A flair for Project Management and Construction
* Experience in HVAC and Construction Administration
* Proficiency in Data Entry and Budgeting
* Strong command of Document Control and administrative tasks
* Familiarity with RFI and Change Order processes
* Skillful in software tools like MS Excel, Procore, AutoCAD
* Knowledge of OSHA 10/30 safety standards is highly desirable
Cool Extras:
* Experience with retrofit projects is a perfect match!
* The ability to perform key estimates is a major plus!
