The LITES Network is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to assist in the daily operations of multi-site clinical trials. We are seeking someone who can work independently as well as collaboratively across all levels of internal and external study personnel to support the study and completion of its objectives. This individual must have good organization and communication skills and be highly detailed-oriented. Clinical trial experience is preferred but not required. This position will be tasked with assisting Project Managers in achieving study goals, tracking progress of external sites and regulatory matters, completion of DoD progress reports, and clinical data management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversees day-to-day management and execution of multiple complex research projects and ensures compliance with all funding agencies and sponsors. Constructs data collection instruments and crafts promotional materials. Troubleshoots data and manages database. Assists with screening, recruitment, and enrollment of study participants. Performs budgetary and purchasing functions.
Essential FunctionsAbility to communicate fluently and professionally in English (in both verbal and written communications). Must be highly competent with Microsoft suite - especially Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must be able to successfully work in a hybrid work-in office/work-from-home environment.
Physical EffortAbility to move around campus but position is mostly sedentary working at a computer monitor.
