Job Description:

Worcester Eisenbrandt (WEI) , a construction company specializing in Historic Restoration, is seeking you, the experienced Assistant Project Manager .Some of the position responsibilities are:Interact with construction staff, contractors, and equipment vendors.Assist in the oversight of multiple construction projects.Assist in reporting and following deadlines, scope of work, and budgets.Source and coordinate materials and equipment according to project timeline.Maintain daily logs of assigned job sites.Ability to read blueprints and other plan documents.Assist in the supervision of construction staff such as carpenters, masons, and pointers.Assist in sourcing subcontractors and assign sub work accordingly.Prioritize operations and make changes in operations to meet deadlines.At the direction of the Project Manager, create purchase orders consistent with the terms and conditions contained in the subcontractor bids and contract documents, according to company policy.Have the ability to make detailed lists of the exact quantities of materials required for the project.
