This role is essential to ensuring that projects are executed in line with company strategies and goals while meeting high-quality standards.What You'll Do
  • Assist in planning and implementing projects post-sales.
  • Collaborate with the Director and Project Manager to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper resource allocation.
  • Help track project timelines, schedules, and deliverables using the appropriate tools.
  • Monitor project performance and assist in the evaluation of results.
  • Support the project team with tracking production, delivery, and construction issues.
  • Assist with managing on-site activities and provide administrative support for project documentation.
  • Participate in change management processes to meet project outcomes.
  • Maintain an understanding of compliance and quality control requirements, reporting any issues to relevant personnel.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with the Kingspan Group's Compliance Policy and Product Compliance Management System.
Additional Expectation
  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required. A degree in engineering will be preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Strong scheduling and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel to domestic and international sites as required.
