  • Support Project Managers in planning and executing all phases of commercial construction projects.
  • Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate communication between stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as change orders, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Address and resolve project-related issues promptly to keep operations running smoothly.Profile
    • Holds a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
    • Possesses 2-4 years of experience in commercial construction or project management assistance.
    • Demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships.
    • Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).Job Offer
