Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities of an Assistant Project Manager include:
- Help oversee management of construction projects and lead team in cooperative and synergistic efforts with other disciplines on projects
- Promote and maintain client relationships
- Support and coordinate interface between design and field construction
- Develop and implement site utilization plan and establish needed crew size
- Assist Project Manager on handling cost, and budget
- Prepare all required project status reports to coordinate with client
- Develop frequent site inspections, while maintaining construction safety and OSHA compliance program

The Successful ApplicantAssistant Project Manager include:
- 3+ years of engineering, architectural, construction or project management experience in related markets
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills; candidate should be energized by working with different teams, both internal and external
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects and teams concurrently. Comfortable learning new software platforms to track and organize project information
- Technical background with understanding of building engineering and commercial projects; prior experience in commercial projects
