Description

• Oversee all project activities and coordinate with project team members to ensure deliverables are met on time
• Assist in developing project schedule and ensure all project phases are completed within budget
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are understood and met
• Ensure quality assurance of all construction projects
• Prepare and deliver project reports to management
• Assist in procurement of construction materials and equipment
• Ensure adherence to all safety and compliance regulations
• Act as the point of contact for any issues or discrepancies arising from within the project team

Profile

A successful 'Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction' should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in multifamily construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Proficient in MS Office and construction management software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
