Job Description
This position involves managing the Quality division within the construction team, a new and critical addition to the organization. The role requires overseeing ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the Quality division within the construction team.
+ Oversee ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish.
+ Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
+ Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
+ Prepare and present project reports to management.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in ground-up construction.
+ 5+ years of commercial construction experience (ground-up construction is required).
+ Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong organizational and leadership skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
+ Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment
The work environment includes both on-site job locations and office settings, depending on the weekly job schedule. Flexibility is required to adapt to the varying demands of project management.
