Client Details
Our client is a well-established general contracting, construction management, and project management firm, with a rich history and strong reputation in Massachusetts. Managing a range of public and private sector projects, including commercial, educational, historical renovations, and industrial/mixed-use developments, with project sizes up to $30 million.
Description
- Support the Project Manager in all stages of project planning and execution
- Engage in a mix of public and private sector projects, including public libraries, educational facilities, and multifamily developments
- Contribute to budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project reporting
- Utilize project management software for documentation and tracking, with training provided as needed
- Work collaboratively to ensure clear communication across team members and clients
- RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders
- Site visits as needed
Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in construction project management within sectors such as commercial, public, multifamily, or higher education.
- We are open to candidates who are technologically adaptable and willing to train on specific construction management tools.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability and willingness to leard + develop
