Responsibilities:
* Compile and calculate data for fee proposal development.
* Manage contract administration.
* Project system set?up, maintenance, and close?out.
* Resource planning assistance and project revenue projections.
* Provide project reporting to the PM and the project team; including budgets, spent and planned labor, and expenses.
* Analyze and communicate project performance to PM and leadership.
* Ensure project insurance remains current and within the guidelines of the project contract.
* Consultant coordination; including set up, contracts, insurance compliance, and expense tracking.
* Facilitate the monthly billing process and serve as a liaison between Accounting, Market Analyst, and PM.
Minimum Qualifications:
The successful candidate must be proactive and organized with excellent analytical skills, be detail and deadline-oriented, and be able to multi?task and prioritize. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, problem solvers, able to work individually and as part of a team under strict deadlines, and have excellent people and skills. Professional verbal and written communication skills are a must. Candidates must be experienced in basic business accounting and project management functions. Must have Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in Excel, experience using VantagePoint and Microsoft Project is a plus.
* Minimum of an associate degree or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, or similar. Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role or 10 years in lieu of education requirements
