Our client is a well-established, design-build GC in North Carolina who has a deep pipeline of projects throughout The Unifour. Their project portfolio includes Multifamily, Healthcare, Senior Living, Athletic Facility, and Industrial/Warehouse projects.

Several projects are slated to kick off in the coming weeks, so they are looking to add an APM with 1-3 years of GC experience ASAP.

• Mid-sized GC with a portfolio of Commercial Ground-Up + Interior projects in Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, Multifamily, etc.
• Upward mobility as they like to develop their people and promote from within.
• 1-3+ years of APM experience helping deliver Multifamily projects > $15M.
• Location: Hickory-Lenoir-Morganton-Marion Area
• Salary: $70K - $85K DOE + Bonus & Benefits
