  • Assist in managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they adhere to scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and project milestones.
  • Help in the preparation of contracts, change orders, and project documentation, maintaining thorough and organized records.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards on all job sites.
  • Participate in client meetings, providing updates and support to strengthen client relationships.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, with exposure to project management or coordination roles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
