This position ensures that all work being carried out onsite, whether it be by staff or vendors, is carried out per the company's policies and procedures and all applicable local, state, or federal laws. The Assistant Property Manager supports the Community Property Manager for all day-to-day operations and will assume all managerial duties in the event of the Community Property Manager's absence.Now is your opportunity to be a part of this diverse and inclusive, growing community. Apply Today!Park @ Nine 23 PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESConduct all business in accordance with Artisan policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal and State laws.Provide general assistance within the leasing office.Accepts rental payments and posts rent to AppFolio.Maintains accurate monthly commission sheets for bonus payments.Tour the property to ensure target apartments / model homes are presentable.Process applications for approval. Informs Community Property Manager of qualified / unqualified applicants. Follows-up with applicants regarding application status.Creates residential leases and completes all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.Confirms apartments are ready for residents to move in on move in date.Provides new resident orientation to the community.Assist in monitoring renewals.
