Assistant Property ManagerSage Ventures is a full-service vertically integrated residential development and investment firm. As a collaboratively run corporation, we develop, own, rehabilitate, sell, and manage exceptional properties throughout the greater Baltimore/Washington region.Position Summary:The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for providing full support to the property manager by overseeing leasing staff and all aspects of tenant relations: Serving as a liaison between management and the residents by coordinating retention activities, handling collections and rent payments, lease renewals, and overall customer service.Essential Functions:Ensure excellent, effective, and timely customer service/communication with residents.Manage CollectionsOversee leasing & Move-in processManage renewal processManage move-out processEnsure accurate and timely reportingComplete administrative tasksServe as a backup for team members as neededAny other responsibilities deemed necessary by your supervisorRequirements:At least one year of property management industry experience required2+ years of experience customer serviceStrong organizational skillsMust be able to multi-taskProficient with Microsoft OfficeYARDI or similar property management software preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills are a mustBackground check and drug test requiredBenefits:We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits, including:Compensation Range: $25 - 29 /hr + monthly performance bonusPTO - 15 daysMedical, vision, dental401K with a company matchEmployee Assistance Program20% rental discount at our propertiesProfessional development in the multi-family housing industrySage Ventures is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
