This role is integral to supporting the day-to-day operations of the Registrar's Office, ensuring the efficient management of student records, registration processes, and academic schedules.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support the maintenance of the Registration and Advising modules in the Colleague system.
- Assist in managing the office budget and overseeing Wilson College Online processes.
- Coordinate updates to the College Catalog in collaboration with the Curriculum and Academic Procedure Committee.
- Aid in graduation audits, transfer credit evaluations, and course schedule preparation.
- Oversee registration, grading processes, and classroom reservations each semester.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new students, including managing placement assessments and required forms.
- Compile and distribute registration materials and final schedules for students.
- Track attendance, process course changes (add/drop/withdrawals), and manage Leave of Absence and College Withdrawal forms.
- Report Act 48 credits to the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
- Assist in preparing the Final Exam schedule and perform additional duties as assigned.

- Capability to provide guidance and direction to students effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with Educational Records Programs (ERP), with preference for Ellucian Colleague.
- Knowledge of state and federal rules and regulations regarding student records maintenance.
- Database management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
- Full-time
- Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Some work during evenings and weekends may be required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in student records management, preferably within a Registrar's Office or a similar academic administrative setting.
