Job Description:
Primary FunctionAssistant Registrar in the Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine (CAMED) is a member of the CAMED Registrar's Office.Payrate: $32.68/hourDuties & Responsibilities
  • This role supports the front office, including answering the phone, responding to email, and helping students who walk in.
  • The Assistant Registrar will fulfill records requests, producing transcripts and enrollment verifications, complete forms, manage enrollment requests, and review applicants for visiting rotations for eligibility.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional organization skills and strong attention to detail, strong technical skills, practice professional communication, and strong customer service skills.
Education & Experience
  • A bachelor's degree and experience working with diverse populations is a strong plus.
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience.
