Must have 5+ years of experience in Construction Projects and a background in wastewater treatment. Must have a New York State P.E. - Ensure all construction activities comply with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines by closely monitoring site operations, coordinating with contractors, and resolving any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and control all construction management activities including scheduling, claims management, project coordination, risk management, and quality management on large complex construction management assignments.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, address any concerns, and facilitate partnering and effective communication to ensure smooth project execution and successful completion.
What You Need For This PositionMust Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as an Assistant Resident Engineer for construction projects
- Background in wastewater management & treatment
- Degree in Civil Engineering or similiar
- New York P.E. License (Professional Engineer)
Nice To Have Skills
- Background in wastewater conveyance
- NYCDEP experience
