Our commitment to DEI learning facilitates opportunities and growth for our employees so that the people we support may thrive.Some Job Responsibilities:Provide staff training for the implementation of individuals' programs.Ensure that the program is operating according to agency policy and regulatory compliance.Maintain all in-service requirements e.g. AMAP, SCIP, etc.Attend and participate in all required agency and Treatment team meetings and trainings.Job Qualifications:High School Diploma/GEDTwo years' experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.Complete and maintain AMAP and SCIP certification, as per the Center's policy.Valid NYS Driver's License.Must be able to sit, stand, lift 50 lbs.Social Media:Facebook - - provide a robust benefit package and a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus.An employee's salary is based on commensurate experience and other qualifications.
