Job Summary:The Assistant Manager works under the direction of the Base Lodge F&B Manager. The Assistant Manager is responsible for providing a high quality food and beverage experience for our guests. This position is responsible for all front of the house and bar staff, enforcing policies and procedures, assists with inventory ordering and tracking, payroll, scheduling, reporting, pricing and all front of the house duties.
