Located 14 miles west of Charleston, West Virginia, Mardi Gras features more than 25 table games, a poker room, more than 850 slot machines, live greyhound racing, and off-track betting for both greyhound and horse racing; several restaurants and a 150-room hotel.* Training of team members assigning department schedules, assuring all post positions are filled according to company needs, overseeing the time keeping system ensuring team members punch in and out in a timely manner, accurately document staff attendance, late arrivals and overtime* Recover, tag, log, secure, and inventory lost and found items, attempting to locate owner, and keep an accurate and up to date log of warnings issued* Investigate incidents, motor vehicle accidents, and medical situations* Keep an updated log of counterfeit currency recovered and controlled substances found on the property, as well as reporting procedural violations and illegal activity* Comply with confidentiality regulations regarding all security and administrative information* Responsible for driving a company vehicle when needed.* High school diploma or equivalent required* 2 years of management experience required, preferably in security, law enforcement or related experience* Have and maintain a valid driver's license, pass a motor vehicle records check, and drug test* Must be able to obtain a WV lottery license and pass a criminal background check.* Must be able to work a flexible schedule with minimum supervision* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
