**Description**
**We are located in Bremerton on the beautiful Kitsap Peninsula and offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits plan to our Assistant Service Managers. Were a short 26 minute drive from Pierce County and a 30-60 minute ferry ride across the water from Seattle.**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for the customer.
* Listen to the customer's reason for bringing their vehicle to the service department.
* Offer logical diagnostic services or repairs in response to the customer's concerns.
* Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs recommended.
* Handle minor customer complaints and / or misunderstandings with courtesy, tact, and in a manner that does not further aggravate the problem.
* Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the callers inquiry and customer complaints.
* Explain all repairs, customer paid and /or warranty. Explain any charges in detail.
* Assist in hiring and training new personnel as well as supervising current staff
* Assist in setting and exceeding goals set for the department
* Assist with the monthly budget
* Treat all customers with respect and dignity.
