The Assistant Site Manager assists in managing the daily operations across all lines of businesses on-site by ensuring personnel adhere to company operational policies and cultural standards as well as those of our customers at worksites.Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $70,000 annuallyEssential Functions:
- Assume role and responsibilities of the Site Manager in the absence of the Site Manager, ensuring all lines of operations and service standards/procedures are delivered
- Develop short-term objectives and goals at the site
- Establish guidelines and protocols for the subordinate supervisors on inspection of facilities, equipment, and personnel
- Evaluate the performance of personnel and provide hands-on support to perform work when necessary. The role oversees operational results and improves standard operating procedures accordingly
- Identify operational and administrative deficiencies and provide recommendations for a more efficient operation to management
- Ensures all on-site resources are properly trained on company health, safety, and environment policy and proactively promotes health and safety considerations to project partners throughout the project
- Mediate, investigate, and respond to on-site concerns and incidents
- Assists with the adherence to department budget, ensures project implementation is completed timely and within budget parameters, and identifies needed resources
- Prepare detailed written reports, forms, and other paperwork with recommendations to site management
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and scheduler programs
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to effectively guide employees
- Strong communication skills with a diverse group of individuals; ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
- Demonstrates sound judgment and a high level of integrity
- Ability to follow orders, identify critical situations, and provide solutions
- Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for the entire shift, showing strong command presence
- Ability to work flexible hours. We operate 24/7/365
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field; or any equivalent combination of relevant education, skills, training, and experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in business operations, janitorial, housekeeping, guard, or caregiver is required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Must complete internal supervisor program and obtain a limited and/or full BI clearance, a Tier2 favorable, and CA/N checks
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)
- Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment
