This role is perfect for a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment. As the Assistant, you'll play a key part in curating a seamless shopping experience, ensuring our brand story and values come to life on every page and that customers feel the Boston Proper difference.Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Presentation & Site Content: Assist with the upload and organization of product details, images, and descriptions to maintain an accurate and engaging shopping experience. Ensure products are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Merchandising Execution: Support the Associate in setting up seasonal assortments, landing pages, and promotional events. Help manage the curation and arrangement of collections to reflect trends and resonate with our customer.
  • User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with the UX Manager to test and analyze site features, making sure site navigation is smooth and meets the needs of our customer. Collect and assess feedback to enhance the digital experience.
  • Operational Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer service, design) to coordinate product launches, promotions, and ensure alignment across channels.
  • Data Monitoring & Analysis: Track and report on key performance metrics (such as page views, conversion rates, and bounce rates) to identify opportunities for improvement. Assist in making data-driven recommendations to elevate site performance.
  • Troubleshooting & QA: Assist in maintaining site quality by troubleshooting any technical issues, conducting regular site audits, and ensuring an error-free user experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, retail store, or a similar field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of SEO and UX principles but not required
  • Proficient in Excel and experience with Google Analytics or similar platforms is a plus
  • A keen eye for fashion and understanding of our core customer
