**The right candidate will be willing and able to**:
* Assist the Manager with daily functions of the store operations such as:
* Ensure, enforce and adhere to all industry law regulations and company policies i.e.-TABC
* Support and assist the Manager with training and development of all employees
* Establish and maintain effective business relations with customers, suppliers and other business resources
**Requirements**:
* Positive can-do attitude
* High diploma or equivalent
* Be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
* Minimum of 2 years of management experience with 1 year retail
* Valid drivers license and be insurable
