As a 7-Eleven Assistant Store Manager for a Franchisee you will have the opportunity to create and maintain an exceptional store experience for your franchisees guests. From coaching and training your franchisees employees, to making sound operational business decisions, the 7-Eleven Assistant Store Manager will oversee all aspects of their franchisees individual store as determined by the franchisee. What might you do? Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service. Drive sales through effective communication with customers. Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in your franchisees store. Perform cashier duties (ring sales and maintain cash control) Perform all regular cleaning activities, and other tasks included in your job assignments. Forecast, order and stock merchandise (with appropriate training)Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors.
