Location: New Haven,CT, USA
Essential Duties
1. Designs year-long, comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for assigned teams to include pre season, in season, post season and off season training cycles. 2. Assists in scheduling, managing and maintenance of three varsity weight rooms. 3. Tests and evaluates student athletes to track progress of program. 4. Meets regularly with coaches and athletic trainers to keep updated on student athletes' status. 5. Supervises and trains student employees.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Exercise Physiology or a related field and two years of demonstrated experience in collegiate strength and conditioning working in a multi-sport environment including both men's and women's teams or an equivalent combination of demonstrated experience and education.

Position Focus:
This position will be the head women's basketball strength and conditioning coach and be assigned other select teams. This position will plan, administer, and manage the strength and conditioning programs for women's basketball and other select teams the in conjunction with the Director of Sports Performance.
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and Certified First Aid / CPR.
